Medical Advisor – Immunology (Dublin, Ireland)

About the role

As a Medical Advisor in Immunology for Sanofi’s Specialty Care team in Dublin, you will shape the medical strategy for the therapy area in Ireland. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, external stakeholders and internal teams to drive evidence generation, support market access and enable local clinical trials.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the medical strategy for immunology, aligning with patient and HCP needs.
• Identify evidence gaps and design innovative evidence‑generation projects, contributing to clinical plans.
• Build and maintain scientific relationships with key external stakeholders, delivering high‑quality engagement.
• Provide medical expertise for market access initiatives and health technology assessment submissions.
• Support the planning and execution of local clinical trials in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Continuously update scientific knowledge to engage effectively with HCPs.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes and company policies in all activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience engaging healthcare professionals and external stakeholders on scientific matters.
• Background in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with understanding of regulatory and reimbursement processes.
• Strong ability to critically appraise clinical evidence and communicate complex scientific concepts.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Proactive, independent and able to work in a field‑based environment.
