Middle+ Marketing Data Analyst

About the role

This remote‑first position is for a Middle+ Marketing Data Analyst based in Ireland. You will own end‑to‑end analytics delivery for client accounts, turning complex marketing data into actionable insights that drive strategy and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimise dashboards and reports using Looker, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Develop, troubleshoot and enhance SQL queries for analysis, reporting and data validation.
• Create and maintain data transformation workflows with dbt, applying best‑practice data modelling.
• Conduct QA and UAT testing to ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into analytical solutions and communicate insights.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities in marketing data and provide proactive recommendations.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools to accelerate analysis, reporting and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on marketing analytics.
• Advanced expertise in at least one major BI platform (Looker, Power BI or Tableau).
• Strong SQL skills, including building and optimising complex queries.
• Experience with data modelling and transformation tools, preferably dbt.
• Solid understanding of Google Analytics and marketing performance measurement.
• Hands‑on experience with Git for version control.
• Professional‑level English communication skills.
