Mobile Service Technician (Dublin)

About the role

Join Tesla’s Mobile Service team in Dublin and bring innovative electric‑vehicle service directly to customers’ doors. You will use Tesla‑specific software and tools to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, ensuring a premium experience that aligns with our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to perform vehicle service, repairs, and upgrades using Tesla’s proprietary software.
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly before return or pre‑delivery, adhering to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to share best practices and improve the service process.
• Manage parts, scheduling, and other logistical aspects of mobile service operations.
• Engage directly with customers, performing basic repairs, providing technical education, and ensuring a positive service experience.

Required profile

• Professional experience in vehicle service and repair within automotive, aviation, marine, or similar industries.
• Relevant certification that authorises you to perform vehicle repairs.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Full European Class B driver’s licence.
• Flexibility to work shifts and, if required, support a service centre.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with vehicle diagnostics and electric‑vehicle systems.
• Proficiency in using specialised service software and tools.
• Safe driving practices and ability to operate a service vehicle.
