About the role
Ryanair is seeking a Motion Graphics Executive to support its Creative Studio Manager in producing engaging motion graphics for a range of marketing initiatives across digital channels. This role will help enhance storytelling and brand messaging as the airline expands its fleet and passenger numbers.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Creative Studio Manager in delivering motion graphics for social media, email, web, and paid media.
- Create animated assets such as typography, logos, infographics, and video elements.
- Maintain consistent brand identity by adhering to brand guidelines and creative briefs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, tools, and techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting all deadlines with attention to detail.
- Provide creative input and propose motion‑graphic concepts to improve promotional content effectiveness.
Required profile
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate complex ideas into visual animations.
- Excellent attention to detail, a positive “can‑do” attitude, and strong organisational skills.
Required skills
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Other motion‑graphic/animation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Knowledge of 3D animation software such as Cinema 4D or Blender (a plus)
