Moves & Small Works Manager

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Moves & Small Works Manager to deliver end‑to‑end MAC services for one or more client accounts across the UK and EMEA. You will be responsible for overseeing move, occupancy and small‑works projects, ensuring safety, quality and commercial performance while acting as the primary client interface.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all MAC projects in line with the MAC Playbook and QHSE standards.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget and according to commercial agreements.
• Generate new revenue streams and maximise profit margins.
• Provide guidance on supply‑chain selection and contractor management.
• Produce accurate, timely reports on activity and key client metrics.
• Lead occupancy, space planning and move‑change activities, offering innovative layout solutions.
• Coordinate and manage move‑delivery contractors as required.
• Utilise AutoCAD and CAFM/occupancy management systems for planning and execution.
• Apply MAC Circular Economy Policy and conduct FF&E audits and inventories.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing moves, small works or similar facilities projects.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental (QHSE) compliance.
• Ability to work closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on delivering projects within financial targets.
