Multi-skilled Technical Facilities Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Multi‑skilled Technical Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford. This permanent, onsite role reports directly to the on‑site manager and involves delivering a wide range of electrical and mechanical maintenance services for our client sites.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance repairs, installations and servicing in line with Aramark/client specifications.
• Follow company procedures and health & safety regulations while working on client premises.
• Maintain company‑issued equipment in a clean, serviceable condition.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Source and purchase equipment to ensure timely service delivery.
• Support the helpdesk through effective communication.
• Prepare permits and supervise subcontractors on site.
• Keep work areas tidy and dispose of waste according to company procedures.

Required profile

• Qualified electrician with the ability to up‑skill in mechanical/air‑conditioning systems (or senior mechanic with strong electrical knowledge).
• Proven experience in multi‑skilled facilities maintenance.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and control systems is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends.
• Clean driving licence.
