Multilingual Customer Service Executive (Polish + French or Italian)

About the role

We are looking for a Multilingual Customer Service Executive to join our growing international team in Dublin. You will be the first point of contact for customers across Europe, delivering exceptional support in Polish and either French or Italian, while communicating fluently in English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly assistance to customers via phone and email.
• Resolve a wide range of queries, from account access and password issues to complex operational and supply‑chain matters.
• Investigate concerns, identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.
• Accurately document interactions and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, customer journeys and service delivery.

Required profile

• Fluent Polish (written and spoken).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Fluent French or Italian (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or any client‑facing role.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with customer management software and related technology.
