National Account Manager - Retail

About the role

We are looking for a National Account Manager – Retail to drive growth and retain business with one of our top three customers in Ireland. Based in Dublin, you will join a high‑performing sales team, reporting to the Ireland Head of Sales, and will be responsible for the commercial P&L of the assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement sales strategies for major retail accounts, ensuring client goals are met and opportunities are grown.
• Analyse data and market insights to identify new sales opportunities and support internal forecasting.
• Develop and present account‑specific strategies, simplifying complex information into compelling stories for retailers.
• Lead commercial plan execution both in‑store and online, managing projects and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain full knowledge of the product portfolio and its applications.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer relationship management and account‑based selling.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage and grow a P&L.
• Excellent negotiation skills and confidence presenting commercial propositions.
• Analytical mindset with curiosity to explore data‑driven opportunities.
