National Educational and Training Lead

About the role

The Central Remedial Clinic is seeking a National Educational and Training Lead to coordinate, manage, and oversee the design and delivery of educational programmes within its Enhanced Complex Care Pathways. This fixed‑term position will ensure high‑quality, accessible education for Children’s Disability Network Teams, primary‑care professionals, families, carers and other key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programmes aligned with the CRC’s strategic objectives.
• Facilitate engagement with community‑based providers, ensuring best practice and consistent capability across services.
• Organise and deliver events, workshops and outreach initiatives for diverse audiences.
• Evaluate education provision using metrics and KPIs, reporting on performance and impact.
• Act as a liaison between Enhanced Complex Care Pathways and external partners to promote collaboration.

Required profile

• Degree in a relevant discipline such as healthcare, education, social care or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering education programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders to inform programme development.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving abilities, with capacity to work under pressure.
