Newly Qualified Accountant – Remote (Ireland)

About the role

This position is for a newly qualified accountant to join a fast‑growing international accounting and advisory firm. The role is remote‑based in Ireland, with the possibility of international relocation, and supports a portfolio of entrepreneurial clients in real estate, technology and retail.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare management accounts and assist with month‑end close for multiple clients
• Prepare and review journal entries
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Provide insights and analysis to support client decision‑making
• Prepare VAT and corporate tax filings
• Prepare balance‑sheet reconciliations and consolidated accounts
• Review the work of junior staff
• Foster strong working relationships with clients as a key point of contact

Required profile

• Newly qualified accountant with Big 4 training
• Excellent academic record
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience
