Night Concierge

About the role

The Night Concierge ensures a seamless transition from day to night operations, delivering an exceptional 24/7 resident experience. This role combines front‑desk reception, safety support and basic maintenance to maintain high standards of service, safety and cleanliness within the community.

Key responsibilities

• Provide reception, administration and customer service, including key management and handling lock‑outs.
• Execute company policies for out‑of‑hours check‑in/check‑out and guest procedures.
• Respond to booking enquiries and support occupancy goals.
• Assist with social events and resident engagement activities.
• Communicate hand‑overs between day and night teams, ensuring resident issues are transferred effectively.
• Address customer complaints promptly, resolve disputes or escalate when necessary.
• Maintain common amenity areas, perform minor cleaning, litter picks and spill clean‑ups.
• Report and, when possible, resolve minor maintenance issues such as lock re‑programming, basic heating, power supply, and leak isolation.
• Ensure a safe and secure environment by responding to safety and basic maintenance calls.
