Night Shift Operator – Retail

About the role

We are looking for a Night Shift Operator to run our Clonmel store throughout the overnight hours. You will be the first point of contact for customers and ensure the shop operates safely and efficiently while delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Open, operate and close the shop in line with company policies and the night‑shift checklist.
• Activate and monitor perimeter alarms and keep the premises secure during the night.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe shop environment.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all visitors.
• Ensure accurate price labeling of all products.
• Carry out stock rotation, shelf‑stacking and replenishment duties.

Required profile

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced setting and willing to learn new tasks.

• No specific technical skills are required.
