About the role

We are looking for a highly organised Office Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day running of our Cork office. The role will act as the central point of contact for workplace services, vendor management and employee experience, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for workplace queries and requests.
  • Coordinate third‑party vendors and service providers, ensuring SLA adherence.
  • Support day‑to‑day office operations, including reception duties as needed.
  • Arrange logistics such as employee travel to Cork and office‑related bookings.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors; oversee delivery of IT equipment, office supplies and monitor performance for cost savings.
  • Support health and safety initiatives, maintain records, coordinate training and emergency preparedness; act as liaison for fire safety compliance.
  • Organise onsite events, team activities and internal communications to promote the Arlo brand.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects, including office relocation, space planning and fit‑out coordination.
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoice management and purchase orders to ensure cost‑effective service delivery.

Required profile

  • Minimum 4 years experience in workplace, facilities or office administration.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors and service contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
