About the role
We are looking for an Office Manager to coordinate and manage all activities required for the smooth running of our project offices. Working closely with the operations team, you will ensure administrative tools and processes are in place to support day‑to‑day work.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the office filing and purchase order systems.
- Create and implement new administrative processes and systems.
- Use office software such as spreadsheets, email and databases to support operations.
- Ensure sufficient office supplies and maintain safe, efficient office layouts across locations.
- Prepare applications and documentation for project staff training and attend training when required.
- Compile and input weekly timesheets and annual leave registers.
- Take and publish meeting minutes and project reports related to IT, fleet and HR administration.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an office management or similar administrative role.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong planning, organisation and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a team‑oriented workplace with supervision and management responsibilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Teams.
- Familiarity with office filing, purchasing order systems and basic database usage.
