Onco‑Hematology Nurse (REF INF-1163)

About the role

This full‑time position supports the ambulatory oncology‑hematology service, delivering person‑centred nursing care to patients with cancer and blood disorders. The role reports to the ambulatory area nurse manager and works within the public health network of Catalonia.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and develop individualized care plans focused on their needs.
• Provide up‑to‑date nursing practice based on established standards, protocols and procedures.
• Promote patient autonomy throughout the health‑care process.
• Involve family members or support persons in care and therapeutic regimens.
• Participate in the orientation and training of new professionals and nursing students.
• Perform any other duties related to the role as assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Nursing.
• Fluent written and spoken Catalan.
• Post‑graduate qualification or Master’s in Oncology patient care or equivalent.
• Experience in oncology or hematology services is valued.
• Commitment, integrity, leadership and a focus on continuous improvement.
