Onsite IT Deskside Support Engineer – Dublin

About the role

This position provides on‑site technical assistance to employees in the Dublin office, handling hardware, software and user issues while collaborating with application development and operations teams to keep critical systems running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver deskside support for computers, peripherals and software applications.
• Log, manage and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot technical problems using administrative and support tools.
• Escalate complex issues to specialised technology teams.
• Support production applications and customer‑specific operational processes.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
• Document and follow up on all reported issues.

Required profile

• Experience in IT Service Desk, deskside or end‑user support.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities across Windows environments, hardware and software.
• Familiarity with incident and request management processes.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
