Operations Administrator (12‑month maternity cover)

About the role

AXA Partners is looking for an Operations Administrator to join its dynamic operations team in Athlone for a 12‑month maternity cover. You will act as the backbone of daily operations, providing administrative, facilities and supplier support while ensuring a high level of service for customers and partners across Ireland, the UK and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Provide logistical and administrative assistance to the Head of Operations and the wider team.
• Advise customers and partners on emergency vehicle/home assistance services and coordinate with approved suppliers and contractors.
• Manage facilities requirements, including building security, office upkeep and health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Oversee supplier payments, invoice processing and resolve extraordinary queries.
• Support the Operations department with call handling, admin tasks, post and deliveries.
• Maintain windscreen claims queues, prepare weekly reports and manage the windscreen inbox.
• Ensure personal development and regulatory training needs are met.

Required profile

• Strong background in customer service with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive problem‑solver with the ability to manage conflict and work under pressure.
• Highly organized with strong time‑management and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Team‑oriented, flexible and able to deliver results to agreed standards.
