Operations & Logistics Associate (Contract)

About the role

This contract position supports the day‑to‑day operations of a leading global logistics provider in Dublin. You will work across warehouse, logistics and office functions to ensure smooth order processing, inventory control and specialist delivery projects for life‑science and healthcare products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day project documentation (training provided)
• Prepare packaging materials and assemble customer orders
• Assist with product returns, inventory activities and pick‑and‑pack projects
• Carry out general warehouse duties, including deliveries and airport collections
• Generate shipping documentation, manifests and track shipments
• Maintain project databases, spreadsheets and monthly KPI reports
• Liaise with logistics providers, customers and internal teams
• Book cargo flights, prepare import/export paperwork and support customs clearance
• Process bookings through internal transport management systems
• Provide general administrative support and cover colleagues during leave

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse, distribution or logistics environment
• Full clean driving licence (essential)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Flexible, reliable and proactive attitude with good time management
• Fluent written and spoken English
