About the role

Revolut is looking for an Operations Manager to help shape its banking strategy and drive operational excellence across Ireland. You will work on high‑impact initiatives, collaborating with multiple functions to scale processes and deliver better outcomes for customers.

Key responsibilities

Liaise with Legal, Compliance, Technology, Risk, Finance and the London HQ to analyse and define Revolut’s banking strategy in Ireland.
Define playbooks and processes that support hyper‑growth.
Manage and develop critical vendor relationships and strategic partnerships.
Identify and develop key banking products, features, and operational growth opportunities.

Required profile

3+ years of relevant experience.
Proven track record of achievement, quickly assuming responsibilities or winning competition awards.
Ability to break complex problems into smaller, manageable parts.
Enjoy working with data and have a naturally curious mindset.
