Organisation Excellence Systems Coordinator

About the role

The Organisation Excellence Systems Coordinator joins FoodCloud’s internal systems team to help the organisation work more efficiently. This junior‑level, hands‑on position supports the administration, improvement and daily operation of key business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and continuously improve internal systems such as Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, nopCommerce and Twilio Flex.
• Configure records, users, permissions, page layouts, reports and dashboards, and support system updates, testing and releases.
• Provide user support, guidance and training, responding to staff queries and translating business needs into system requirements.
• Perform regular data quality checks, data cleaning and data imports to maintain accurate information.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather reporting needs and drive process improvements.
