Outbound Call Agent – Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Call Agent to join our Ireland team. In this high‑volume outbound role you will dial prospect lists, introduce Adasoft’s solutions and qualify new business opportunities for our sales department.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to targeted companies from provided prospect lists.
• Deliver a clear, confident pitch about Adasoft and assess interest.
• Log call outcomes (interested, not interested, callback, no answer) in the CRM.
• Pass qualified leads with detailed notes to the sales team.
• Support marketing initiatives, campaigns and events to boost brand visibility.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars between prospects and sales.
• Maintain accurate call records and keep CRM data up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless lead hand‑over.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling or a call‑center environment.
• Strong verbal communication and a confident phone presence.
• Target‑driven mindset with the ability to stay motivated through high call volumes.
• Organised and detail‑oriented while working at a fast pace.
• Based in Ireland and available for full‑time onsite work.
