Packaging Operator

About the role

The Packaging Operator works in the Ozurdex packaging department, a production assembly area focused on upgrading Ozurdex pouches from stage‑4 to the final packaged configuration required by customers. The role ensures that every product is packed according to strict SOPs, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Upgrade Ozurdex pouches to the final packaged configuration following SOPs.
• Adhere to all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements and use personal protective equipment correctly.
• Maintain product quality by complying with SOPs and customer specifications.
• Achieve prescribed efficiency levels to meet customer demand.
• Record timekeeping and attendance accurately in line with company policy.
• Participate in required training and certification programs.
• Provide flexible support to other areas when needed.
