Paid Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to own and grow client advertising accounts across Google Ads and Meta platforms. You will work closely with our creative team to develop compelling ad concepts and drive high‑quality leads for service businesses throughout Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads and paid‑social campaigns for a portfolio of clients.
• Develop campaign structures, keyword lists, audience targeting, and creative assets.
• Collaborate with the creative team on hooks, angles and concepts that maximise ad performance.
• Align media spend with client sales targets and optimise for lead‑to‑sale conversion.
• Produce performance reports that translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Integrate tracking across client CRMs, websites and analytics tools to follow the full sales funnel.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years managing paid‑media campaigns, preferably in an agency environment.
• Experience in a national service or trade business is also valued.
• Strong creative thinking for paid‑social advertising.
• Demonstrated lead‑generation expertise and ability to track conversions in a CRM.
• Self‑starter who takes ownership of client results.
• Legal right to work in Ireland.
