Paralegal

About the role

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will partner with the legal team and business stakeholders across Manna. This position offers exposure to a broad range of legal and commercial matters in a fast‑growing international technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements using approved templates.
• Manage the contract lifecycle, including execution, renewals and database administration.
• Support international commercial negotiations with customers, suppliers and strategic partners.
• Assist with corporate governance tasks such as board meetings, resolutions and company secretarial filings.
• Coordinate legal due diligence for fundraising, financing and strategic transactions.
• Prepare employment documentation and support HR‑related legal projects.
• Manage intellectual property matters, including trademark portfolios and confidentiality agreements.
• Conduct legal research across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist with regulatory compliance related to aviation, privacy, technology and consumer law.
• Manage relationships with external counsel and develop internal legal templates, playbooks and policies.
• Support compliance initiatives and legal operations projects, and perform general legal administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• 3–8 years of experience as a paralegal or legal executive (in‑house or private practice).
• Excellent drafting, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational, project‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Commercial awareness, practical judgement and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
