About the role

Join a well‑established Midlands firm that delivers accounting, audit, tax and advisory services to a diverse client base. You will work under the guidance of senior staff to develop your technical expertise while contributing to high‑quality client deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Draft financial statements under senior or manager supervision.
• Prepare working papers in line with firm methodology and regulatory standards.
• Communicate with clients to gather information, resolve queries and build strong relationships.
• Assist in planning, executing and completing assignments for a varied portfolio of clients.
• Collaborate with a close‑knit team on multiple engagements.
• Manage workload to meet deadlines while maintaining high‑quality output.

Required profile

• Part‑qualified or fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CPA.
• 1‑3+ years of experience, preferably within an accounting practice.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and audit procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven capability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
