Part-time Key Holder – 30 hrs/week

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co is looking for an experienced part‑time Key Holder to join its Kildare outlet. In this role you will help bring the Levi’s brand to life on the shop floor, ensuring smooth store operations during your shifts, including opening and closing when managers are absent.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying brand values.
• Lead, motivate and support Stylists to achieve personal and store KPIs.
• Manage store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with deliveries, stock organisation and maintain stockroom standards.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Coach team members on product knowledge, styling and customer experience.
• Support store management with daily tasks, floor leadership and operational duties.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with company values.
• Previous retail experience with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to stay calm in a fast‑paced environment.
• Confidence leading a team on the shop floor.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
