Part-Time Marketing Manager – B2B Tech

About the role

CacheFly is seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to join its two‑person marketing team on a part‑time basis (approximately 20 hours per week). You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and own end‑to‑end execution of campaigns, paid media, website optimisation, social, events and future podcast content.

Key responsibilities

• Design, write and launch integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
• Set up, manage and optimise Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and retargeting campaigns, owning the budget and reporting performance.
• Lead a conversion‑focused website refresh and ongoing CRO updates, including copy, structure and landing pages.
• Develop and execute a social media strategy for a technical B2B audience.
• Identify relevant industry conferences and events and ensure strong brand presence.
• Build and manage email nurture sequences and automated campaigns.
• Future work: transform webinars, podcasts or conversations into reusable content across channels.

Required profile

• 6+ years of B2B tech marketing experience with a proven track record.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and own marketing functions.
• Strong copywriting skills for campaigns, web copy and social content.
• Experience leading website revamps and conversion‑rate‑optimisation initiatives.
• Comfortable building a social presence for a technical audience.
• Thrives in a lean, startup‑style environment and can wear multiple hats.
• Willing to overlap ~4 hours with Eastern Standard Time business hours.
• Part‑time availability of roughly 20 hours per week.
• Experience with CDN, streaming or related tech infrastructure is a strong plus.
