Part‑time Call Centre Assistant (Weekends)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic individual to join Specsavers’ call centre on a part‑time, weekend basis. As a Call Centre Assistant you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with enquiries and directing them to the right store services. This role offers a supportive environment with training and clear pathways for career progression within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone calls from customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about store services, appointments and product enquiries.
• Maintain a high level of customer service while working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Record call details and update systems as required.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks related to call handling.

Required profile

• Positive, caring attitude with a genuine desire to help customers.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organisational abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Clear and friendly phone manner.
• Basic computer literacy for using call handling software.
