Part‑Time Irish Tax Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Irish Tax Advisor to work part‑time, providing specialist tax and accounting support to our clients in Ireland. The role involves delivering compliance advice, preparing returns and assisting the Company Secretarial team with tax‑related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on Irish Corporation Tax, VAT and Payroll tax issues.
• Prepare and review corporation tax returns.
• Oversee VAT and VIES filings and manage tax registrations.
• Respond to queries from Irish Revenue and support day‑to‑day tax questions.
• Assist the Company Secretarial team on tax matters.
• Review client financial statements and answer accounting‑related queries.
• Contribute to business development activities related to tax and VAT registrations.

Required profile

• Qualified Irish Tax Advisor (AITI/CTA) and/or qualified accountant with strong Irish tax experience.
• Solid background in Irish tax compliance and advisory.
• Strong knowledge of Irish Corporation Tax, VAT and Payroll taxes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a wider team.
