About the role

Join Maxi Zoo Ireland as a part‑time Webstore Fulfilment Assistant in our Longford store. You will play a vital role in ensuring that online orders are processed accurately and delivered to pet owners quickly, supporting the company’s commitment to excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare online customer orders, ensuring items are correct, undamaged and ready for dispatch.
• Monitor stock levels while picking and help maintain organised storage areas for efficient order processing.
• Uphold quality and brand standards by handling products with care and using appropriate packaging.
• Collaborate with store and fulfilment teams to meet daily targets and resolve order‑related issues promptly.
• Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance personal growth.

Required profile

• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and national public holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, personable demeanor.
• Passion for animals and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Previous experience in a similar retail or fulfilment environment is desirable.
