Patient Coordinator – Part-time (Tallaght)

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and organised Patient Coordinator to join our Tallaght clinic on a part‑time basis. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling appointments, communications and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the clinic diary: schedule appointments, handle cancellations and maintain the patient priority list.
• Communicate with patients via phone, email and messaging platforms, providing timely updates and support.
• Deliver 5‑star customer service: greet patients, assist with check‑in/check‑out, and address any concerns.
• Support the team by covering absences, occasional travel to alternate locations, and handling related expenses.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and stock levels, complete stocktakes and place orders as needed.
• Uphold all clinic policies, including health and safety, PPE use, GDPR compliance and other procedures.
• Perform opening and closing duties as required.
