Payroll Support Specialist

About the role

Snow Cloud Technology is looking for a Payroll Support Specialist to join its Sandyford office. The successful candidate will assist customers using the company’s payroll and time‑and‑attendance solutions, providing timely help via phone and email. This role combines strong payroll knowledge with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to payroll‑related queries and software functionality questions from clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software configuration, integrations and performance.
• Escalate complex problems to senior teams and follow them through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions in the support system.
• Create and update knowledge‑base articles and other support documentation.
• Deliver training sessions or webinars for customers when required.

Required profile

• IPASS qualification or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience with Irish payroll processes and legislation.
• Hands‑on experience using Quantum Payroll.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
