About the role

EY’s Cyber Security practice is expanding rapidly and seeks a seasoned Penetration Tester Manager to lead offensive security initiatives. Based in Dublin, you will guide global red‑team and penetration testing efforts, delivering high‑impact assessments for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support remote teams performing complex penetration tests across multiple environments.
• Design, execute, and report on off‑site and on‑site vulnerability assessments and red‑team engagements.
• Advance DevSecOps capabilities and integrate security testing into development pipelines.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and audit reporting requirements.
• Mentor junior consultants and develop on‑shore and off‑shore service capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven ability to simulate real‑world attacks and analyse threat vectors.
• Strong communication skills for delivering findings to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience managing multiple client projects from inception to delivery.
• Self‑motivated with a track record of high‑quality, independent technical work.
