People and Culture Generalist

About the role

We are seeking an organised, proactive People & Culture Generalist to join our growing People & Culture team in Dundalk. In this role you will partner with managers and employees to deliver HR advice, support employee relations and help shape a positive workplace culture as we scale beyond 500 staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day HR advice on performance management, absence, disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Ensure HR policies are applied consistently and in line with Irish employment legislation.
• Drive engagement, wellbeing and morale‑building initiatives and support onboarding of new hires.
• Create engaging HR communications and visual content using Canva and PowerPoint.
• Maintain accurate HR records, support HR projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
• Highly organised with the ability to handle confidential matters discreetly.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, able to influence at all levels.
• Empathetic and solution‑focused approach to employee relations.
