About the role

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end recruitment for multiple business functions, partnering with hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring strategy.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through off‑boarding.
• Manage HR administration, benefits administration, and employee documentation.
• Maintain HR systems and accurate employee data.
• Drive process improvements, workflow optimisation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver an outstanding employee experience.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a HR Generalist, People Operations or Talent Partner role.
• Strong end‑to‑end recruitment experience in the tech sector.
• Proven ability to support the employee lifecycle and manage HR administration.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive, hands‑on approach.
• Passion for delivering a first‑class employee experience.
