About the role
HALOS is seeking a People Partner to join its People team. You will help shape the employee experience across the full lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding, while supporting the company’s culture and performance initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Support the delivery of HALOS’ People Strategy and drive engagement, performance and connection initiatives.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, embedding company values into everyday people practices.
- Provide seamless onboarding and off‑boarding for global employees.
- Handle employee queries on policies, benefits, leave, immigration, and HRIS navigation.
- Champion and maintain the HiBob HRIS, ensuring accurate and timely data processing.
- Manage confidential documentation, HR letters, and benefit administration.
- Oversee compliance training completion and coordinate employee surveys and exit interviews.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Approximately 3 years of experience in People or HR roles within high‑growth start‑ups or scale‑ups.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of US employment law and exposure to UK and Ireland regulations.
Required skills
- HiBob HRIS (experience configuring and maintaining employee data).
