Performance Marketing Specialist – Part‑Time (Remote, Ireland)

About the role

This part‑time position is focused on data‑driven performance marketing for a partner company serving global clients. Working remotely from anywhere in Ireland, you will own paid‑media campaigns, analyse results, and continuously optimise to maximise lead generation and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing of audiences, creatives, bids and landing pages.
• Monitor performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Maintain accurate tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and related conversion tools.
• Ensure clean data flow into CRM and marketing‑automation platforms.
• Support SEO initiatives through on‑page optimisation and opportunity identification.
• Produce monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics and optimisation ideas.
• Track industry trends, competitor activity and emerging digital opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine messaging, creative direction and conversion strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of hands‑on experience managing paid‑media campaigns.
• Proven ability to drive measurable performance outcomes on Meta and Google platforms.
• Strong understanding of attribution, funnel optimisation and ROI measurement.
• Experience working with CRM and marketing‑automation workflows.
