Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor – Full‑time (Normoyles Ennis)

About the role

We are looking for a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor to join Allcare Pharmacy in Normoyles Ennis on a permanent full‑time basis. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, providing product advice and supporting the pharmacy team in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate product information and advice across all pharmacy ranges, consulting with the Managing Pharmacist when needed.
• Maintain stock control – rotate stock, monitor levels, liaise with suppliers and ensure correct deliveries.
• Assist customers in selecting over‑the‑counter medicines using WWHAM questioning and refer to the Pharmacist for prescription matters.
• Handle cash, receipts and security procedures in line with pharmacy policies.
• Keep the pharmacy clean, tidy and compliant with health‑and‑safety standards.
• Support colleagues across the Allcare network, participate in training programmes and contribute to continuous improvement.
