About the role
We are seeking a part‑time Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor for our Dungarvan store. The role focuses on managing the OTC counter, supporting shop‑floor sales and being the primary point of contact for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide high‑level customer service and adhere to company policies.
- Assist customers with product selection and answer queries.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well‑merchandised pharmacy environment.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels, ensuring proper rotation.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
Required profile
- Previous experience working on an OTC counter in a community pharmacy.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse personalities.
- Excellent prioritising, multitasking and organisational abilities.
- Confidential, empathetic and a strong work ethic.
