About the role

Join Hickey's Pharmacy in Drogheda as a Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor on a part‑time, fixed‑term basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing advice and support that aligns with the company's core values of ambition, teamwork, customer care, professionalism and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting loyalty.
• Drive retail sales through link selling, promotion advice and product recommendations.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Uphold merchandising standards so the pharmacy always presents at the highest level.
• Support additional projects and duties as they arise.

Required profile

• Strong customer engagement with the ability to listen and respond to needs.
• Proven ability to build relationships with team members and customers.
• Excellent product knowledge, especially in over‑the‑counter (OTC) items; interest in skin‑care is a plus.
• Demonstrated sales ability and a proactive, can‑do attitude.

Required skills

• Customer service experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
• OTC sales experience.
• Strong product knowledge of pharmacy merchandise.
