About the role
Join the PizzaExpress & Milano kitchen team as a Pizza Chef, where your love for pizza can shine. You’ll be at the heart of creating our iconic pizzas and pastas while delivering a memorable experience for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and manage dough production.
- Cook pizzas and pasta to the brand’s high standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and energetic kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth service.
Required profile
- Passion for pizza and hospitality.
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
- Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
Required skills
- Pizza oven operation.
- Dough preparation.
- Pasta cooking.
