PLM Expert

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Appcast Enterprise as a PLM Expert, supporting the Applied business unit in Dublin, Ireland. The role works in a flexible hybrid model (2–3 days onsite per week) and offers relocation assistance for candidates moving from outside Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the Windchill PLM system across the Applied business unit.
• Act as a change agent, leading the transition to PLM and supporting global data migration initiatives.
• Serve as the technical lead for all PLM‑related activities and represent the Applied organization in enterprise‑wide best practices.
• Develop and deliver training programs for PLM users, including onboarding and ongoing functional updates.
• Collaborate with Integrated Product Teams to define current and future PLM requirements.
• Monitor industry trends and propose enhancements to the PLM platform.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience with Windchill PLM.
• Proven track record leading PLM deployments in large multinational organisations.
• Experience in engineering change management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with 3D modelling software.
