About the role

We are seeking a Policy Consultant to work remotely, applying expertise in policy analysis and document management to support clients across regulatory, legal, healthcare, academic, and finance sectors. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and formatting high-quality policy documents and providing strategic recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, draft, and review policy documents, legal contracts, proposals, and research papers.
• Provide strategic consultation and actionable recommendations on regulatory, legal, healthcare, academic, or finance matters.
• Conduct thorough document reviews ensuring compliance, clarity, and adherence to best practices.
• Support clients with precise document formatting, tracked changes, form filling, and data extraction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize complex data into succinct policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on evolving regulations and guidelines relevant to the field.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly in written and verbal formats.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of professional experience in government policy operations.
• Advanced proficiency with Word and PDF tools, including tracked changes, formatting, document review, and data extraction.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
