Porter – Full‑time Contractor (40 hrs/week)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Porter to join G+G Ireland on a full‑time, 40‑hour weekly contract. In this role you will help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff across the lobby and public areas. You will work closely with housekeeping, restaurant and banqueting teams to support smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the lobby and other public areas tidy and presentable.
• Assist housekeeping, restaurant and banqueting staff with room set‑up and furniture movement.
• Perform reception duties such as booking theatre tickets or restaurant reservations.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and run errands as needed.
• Ensure safety by placing and removing signage for wet floors or other hazards.

• Proven experience delivering high‑quality customer care.
• Initiative‑driven with sound decision‑making for guests.
• Capable of working under pressure while maintaining reliability and punctuality.
