Porter – Full‑time Contractor

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Porter to support the smooth operation of G+G Ireland. The role is full‑time (40 hours per week) on a contractor basis, based in Dublin. You will help maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer service across the venue.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the lobby and public areas clean and tidy.
• Assist housekeeping, restaurant and banqueting teams with room set‑up and furniture movement.
• Perform reception duties such as booking theatre tickets or restaurant reservations.
• Respond to customer requests and run errands as needed.
• Place and remove safety signage (e.g., wet‑floor warnings) to ensure guest safety.

• Excellent communicator with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Proven experience delivering high‑quality customer care.
• Initiative‑driven and capable of making customer‑focused decisions.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining reliability and punctuality.
