Power Platform Software Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Power Platform Software Developer to join a leading company in Dublin. The role offers a balanced work‑life environment, hybrid remote work and competitive compensation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions that meet business needs.
• Create custom connectors and integrate Power Platform with external systems.
• Build, test, and deploy model‑driven Power Apps.
• Configure and optimise Power Automate workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide guidance and report project status.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable and follow industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug issues and deliver technical support.
• Mentor and train junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing solutions on the Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience building custom connectors and integrations.
• Familiarity with Azure resources such as Data Factory, Logic Apps or Functions is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, as part of a team and to lead junior developers.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are advantageous.
