PPC & Paid Media Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a PPC & Paid Media Analyst to design, launch and optimise multi‑market paid campaigns for independent optical retailers and premium eyewear brands. Based in our Dublin HQ, you will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with SEO, content and web teams to deliver measurable commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimise Google Ads campaigns from brief to launch, managing budgets across several markets and currencies.
• Develop keyword, remarketing and audience‑targeting strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Monitor performance, adjust Smart Bidding (CPA/ROAS) and improve conversion rates through landing‑page testing.
• Ensure accurate tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, call‑tracking and conversion attribution tools.
• Create and maintain Looker Studio dashboards and translate data into actionable client insights.
• Collaborate with SEO, content and web teams on integrated performance campaigns.

Required profile

• 3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns, or 2+ years agency‑side PPC experience.
• Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and budgets in different currencies.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution and performance metrics.
• Comfortable working with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience optimising towards CPA and ROAS targets.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on identifying trends and growth opportunities.
