Pre Sales Architect - Cyber Security

About the role

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a well‑established and growing cybersecurity organisation as a Pre‑Sales Architect. You will work at the intersection of technical consulting, solution design, and customer engagement, helping organisations of all sizes understand cyber risks and implement effective security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing customers, guiding them through security and technology challenges.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to align solution strategies with customer objectives.
• Lead technical discovery conversations and recommend best‑practice security transformation approaches.
• Develop and present solution concepts that match customer priorities, operational requirements, and business outcomes.
• Support customers throughout the sales cycle, from initial discussions to solution recommendation and approval.
• Build strong relationships with technical teams, operational leaders, and executive decision‑makers.
• Contribute to proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving security risks.

Required profile

• Experience in a cybersecurity pre‑sales, consulting, solution architecture, engineering, or advisory role.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, services, and best practices.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
• Proven communication skills with technical specialists, security leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• Consultative mindset with a focus on identifying customer challenges and crafting effective solutions.
