Primary School Educator - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Primary School Educator to join our AI training team on a freelance basis. You will work remotely from Ireland, helping to improve AI chatbots by providing writing and editing tasks, measuring progress, and evaluating logical performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assign writing and editing assignments to AI chatbots and review their outputs.
• Measure AI progress, evaluate correctness, logic, and overall performance.
• Identify issues and propose solutions to enhance model quality.
• Collaborate with communications or journalism experts when needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in English at native or bilingual level.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• Must reside in Ireland and be able to work independently as a contractor.
