Principal Consultant – Executive Search

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially‑driven Principal Consultant to join our Executive Search team in Ireland. You will be responsible for creating new business opportunities, building senior‑level relationships and delivering end‑to‑end executive search assignments for top‑tier clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across target sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior decision‑makers, generating meetings and referrals.
• Prepare proposals, pitch presentations and tailored search solutions for prospective clients.
• Maintain a visible market presence through LinkedIn, industry events and networking.
• Lead executive search assignments from briefing through to successful placement.
• Conduct market mapping, research and candidate identification.
• Engage, assess and interview senior‑level candidates and present shortlists.
• Manage client communication throughout the search process and ensure high‑quality delivery.
